It’s official. I’ve totally jumped on the “overnight oats” bandwagon and I’m never getting off! I don’t think there’s an easier, healthier, more delicious breakfast out there! Throw everything in a jar, shake it up, and BAM it’s ready in the morning for an easy grab-n-go breakfast! And it’s perfect for moms like me who have hungry kids early in the morning and want something fast and healthy to feed them!

Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats with layers of oats, Greek yogurt, applesauce, and cinnamon. This makes for a super fast and healthy breakfast.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup Silk® Almondmilk
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce , or freshly grated apple
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
