Honey Garlic Chicken



Chicken is cooked through when its juices run clear. You can also use a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature reaches 165º.

We only use 1 teaspoon of the rooster sauce in this recipe for some heat, but you can sub in your favorite hot sauce, chili garlic sauce, or a pinch of cayenne or crushed red pepper flakes.

1/4 c. low-sodium soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
2cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp. 

sesame oil, divided
1 tsp.Sriracha
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 lb.boneless skinless chicken breasts

Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Sliced green onions, for garnish
