- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (not instant or quick-cooking)
- 1/2 cup milk *
- 1/4 banana, mashed
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- dash cinnnamon
- pinch salt
- For Serving:
- 1/4 banana, sliced
- 2 teaspoons chopped walnuts
