My fabulous friend Suzette has turned many a get-together into a PARTY with her famous cheesecake. I finally got her recipe and tried it for ourselves.
INGREDIENTS
Crust:
- 1-3/4 cup (1-1/2 pkgs) Chocolate Graham Crackers (crushed)
- 1/3 cup Margarine (melted)
Filling:
- 3-8 oz pkgs Cream Cheese
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 3 Tbls Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbl Vanilla
- 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
topping:
- 1/4 C. mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 C. caramel ice cream topping
- 1/2 C. hot fudge ice cream topping
- 1/4 C. chopped pecans
